Beverage Manager

From Italian descent, Ashley was raised with a deep appreciation for hard work, good food, and a strong sense of community. Her father worked for many years as a meat cutter before transitioning to the glass industry, while her mother built a career serving in civilian roles for both the U.S. Army and Navy. Her mother's career took the family across the country and beyond—from Colorado to Pennsylvania to Bermuda—before settling in coastal Georgia in 1995, where they found a place that felt like home.

After graduating from Camden County High School in 2005, Ashley headed to Mercer University with dreams of becoming a doctor. She majored in Biology and Chemistry but quickly realized that her favorite kind of medicine came in the form of draft negronis and ice-cold martinis. So, she ditched the lab coat for a bar apron and never looked back.

In 2011, Ashley moved to Savannah, drawn by its coastal charm and vibrant culture. Since then Ashley has been on the forefront of Savannah’s premier cocktail scene. Her palate, love for her craft and passion for all things F&B related make her key part of the Lucia team
